Support worker advice

I hope I'm posting this in the right place

For context I reside in VIC, I have ADHD, Autism level 2, Complex PTSD, Expressive Receptive language disorder, etc. I'm very low functioning and heavily medicated.

I recently got onto NDIS and I was hoping to get some advice (personal advice would be especially appreciated) on what exactly I can actually do with a support worker and what is totally reasonable and acceptable for them to do for me, mostly without me feeling bad about it?

This is probably a REALLY dumb question but I'm conflicted because as much as I need support and help with physical tasks, I tend to end up choosing to use my sessions with my SWs as an emotional companionship kind of thing, both because I currently live alone and I genuinely feel bad about the idea of asking them to assist me with things, even though it's part of their job 😅 I've got 2 SWs, they are lovely young girls that are very good, I just have a lot of issue with actually utilising the "physical support" aspect without feeling bad about it.

Please don't judge me I'm just genuinely not used to this kind of thing 😭
