Question: Soccer cryptos vs World Cup
Hey everyone,
Just wondering if my play here was stupid.
I threw a few bucks at the ARG and POR coins a few months back, hoping the upcoming 2026 World Cup would pump the price. It’s been lagging pretty hard though.
I originally planned to do this with a few other soccer-related fan tokens, but Italy's coin has bad liquidity on most exchanges for instance, and some of the others just looked sketchy.
Considering ARG was kinda easy to buy, has decent liquidity, and represents the defending World Cup champs, it felt like a "no-brainer"...
Still looking for my brain when I check the charts from the past few weeks though, lol.
Do you guys think it’ll eventually rise? What are your thoughts?

PS: I'm no frequent reddit user and I literally created this account just to ask this as it’s frustrating not seeing that bullish World Cup pattern repeating (yet?). Hopefully, there's still time. Consulting the wise crowds here!
