Difference in total solar production between our system and the electric company?

Sorry for the long post- I’m just pissed and (I think) there are important pieces.

TLDR; How much electricity is lost between the solar panel micro inverter and the meter? The total production the electric company reports (before usage is considered) is significantly less than what our system reports. Why?

Ok. I’m hoping it’s ok to ask here, but I can’t post in r/askengineer because I don’t have enough posts in the community or something? Idk. Anyway- I have been tracking my solar production because, first of all I love analytics, but more importantly, I think our electric company is ripping us off (PECO). We run on their net metering program, so we get a report of our usage, production, and excess on every bill. By my count, they are only counting about 63% or so of our production for credit towards our bills each year, and have been shorting us for over 2 years. I will attach pictures of the July ‘24 bill, production for the matching dates as reported by our system, and the production counted for SRECs. Obviously, the SREC count won’t match exactly, but it gives a general estimate because June, July, and August ‘24 are similar.

Important note: I am using 2024 instead of 2025, or more recent months because we haven’t had a real bill since the July ‘25 bill, and ‘24 gives the best comparison to the SREC numbers. They are just now sending out OVER A YEAR worth of bills (after several calls and three requests for a manager) so I don’t trust a damn thing they say. The 63% calculation still stands for 2025 and 2024 (as far as I can see from what they’ve sent me) so the comparison is still accurate.

Anyway. How do I reconcile 1.2MWh of production as reported by my system, and 623kWh production as reported by PECO (51.9% of what we produced at the panel)? Am I stupid, or are they shorting us?
