Im 14M and NEED to fix myopia

So i have a prescription of 4.5 (right eye) and 4.75 (left eye). this started at around 11-12 years, where my eyesight was already a ~2.5, and it continued when i just became 13, my doctor told me my eyes were both 3 on the dot. in november 25 i got an update, both eyes are around 4.00 . and just now i got my eyes tested and its 4.5 (right eye) and 4.75 (left) and i got prescribed "stellest lenses", which is some new tech to "slow down myopia". and i never realised how much of an issue it was until now. unfortunately i only realised because i look terrible in my new specs. ive tried researching on the topic but ive gotten no results.. im going to try sun-gazing and take my eye exercises more seriously but is there anyone with real results who can brief me on what to do? my eyesight has been a re-ocurring problem and the only lenses i have are 3.00 on both eyes, so i dont think wearing lower prescriptions are a good idea. and it really hasnt worked in the past few months.. my father had 0.75 power myopia but never as extreme as this. i really need to start changing this.. is there any hope for me?
