Is it okay if I'm working 12 hours a day and still have to ask if I wanna do any outside of those 12 hours
I just joined a company, it's been less than a week, I've working 12 or sometimes more than 12 hours in the name of flexible hours 8 am to 8 PM availability is must and outside that , it is as per their requirements
