Reposting because my first post was deleted. I am looking for a photographer who can also be our witness on the morning of 7/7 for a few hours (approximately 8:45am-11:45?). Budget is flexible but approximately $2000.

Ideally, you could meet us at our apartment on the UWS to take a few photos with our dog, we will travel to Manhattan city hall for the ceremony probably by Uber, and take some photos before/after!
