Hey everyone,

I'm a Pakistani student applying for a Master's at University of Milan for 2026/27 intake. I created my Universitaly account a few weeks ago but forgot my password (used a generated one and didn't save it).

The problem is the password reset email is not arriving despite multiple attempts — checked inbox, spam, all Gmail tabs, nothing.

I've already raised a support ticket with CINECA and attached my passport for identity verification, but they have not responded from like 1 week and my Universitaly pre-enrollment deadline is 31 July 2026.

Has anyone faced this issue before? How did you resolve it?

Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!
