About a year ago I discovered recipes for homemade Hamburger Helper. We weren’t big fans of the box mixes but on busy days they did come in handy. I’ve tweaked these recipes a bit and they are now far better than the store bought mixes. The ingredients fit perfectly in a quart mason jar.

I’ve tweaked these recipes a bit and they are now far better than the store bought mixes. The ingredients fit perfectly in a quart mason jar. Our family’s favorite is the stroganoff with the lasagna in a close second. The tomato mac is good but is usually the last one on the shelf. I’ll include the recipes for all three. I hope you will like them!

Just did another run of strawberries. It seems that they are becoming a family favorite. 8 lbs of strawberries yielded 13.5 oz of Freeze dried berries.

Long post.... Hi, this is my second year growing Comfrey and it has taken over my yard and raised beds. The plus side is that I've been using it on mosquito bites and it works instantly to soothe the stings and reduce the raised skin. I had the metal part of a abungee cord snap my finger on Thursday and by Saturday night my finger was swollen and hurting so bad that I couldn't use it. I didn't want to go to the ed because I knew the cost from working at the hospital. I don't think this was a sprain it felt worse and looked really bad. My first thought was to use Comfrey which I crushed with the back of a knife and put about 5 drops of castor oil in it and wrapped around my finger (this was Sunday evening). Fast forward to Tuesday my finger is better (I lie not, I kid you not) only a little soreness. I can hold my phone I can move it around and pick up anything. Thank you Lord for this healing plant you provided us 💞💞💞💞
