Eastern box turtle in my yard concern

After spraying Stem ant spray on several ant beds and around my back door, I spotted a box turtle in my flower bed (not where i sprayed). I love turtles. I'm now worried the stem spray might hurt her if she ventures to that side of the yard where i sprayed. I have a small fenced in yard so wasn't expecting to see a turtle. still not sure how it squeezed in the gap between fence and gate.

What can I do? Do I hose down the areas I just sprayed w stem? STEM says safe for pets but it's botanical oils that I fear might hurt the turtle if it walks where I sprayed.
