After seeing how many women struggle to afford housing on a fixed income, Robyn Yerian cashed out her 401k to build "The Bird's Nest" in Cumby, Texas. It’s a 5 acre village where residents bring their own tiny homes and share utilities, meals, and daily life. They run errands together, look after each other's pets, and make sure nobody is ever left feeling isolated or unsafe. A truly beautiful reminder of what happens when we look out for one another.
