Hello, looking for some guidance on what you may have gone into after advising? I currently work for one of the highest volume Porsche dealers in Canada, horrible environment and it’s making me hate advising over all… pay is a whole other thing.
What are some roles you have stepped into after advising??
I got a job offer to go from high end luxury advisor to super high luxury end warranty/ internal.
What are your takes on this?
For context, the advising job I am in now is super high stress, volume, unrealistic expectations causing a hurt to my pay and mental health. I am starting to hate advising overall because of it.
The warranty/internal is less conflict with customer facing etc. and way lower volume. I would not be taking a huge pay cut.
Has anyone done the same? Any opinions?
