Hello, I have a relatively new breville barista touch BES880, it's at least 2 months old, no issues at first but since last week it started making weird noises when grinding (I have tried everything from deep cleaning both burrs, changing coffee, going through all grind sizes)

It seems like something is stuck, but when I clean it, there's nothing there except maybe a little bit of coffee. Oddly the sound stops when I take out the external burr and grind
