I THINK I FINALLY GOT A GLIMPSE OF FOCUS 10!!!
i am SO excited
I've done gateway tapes on and off for about 3 years now but haven't made much progress. Last night, I spent about 30-40 minutes AUM chanting ("resonant tuning"). Then I moved onto the tapes and I FINALLY truly felt more than my physical body when I was saying the affirmation. Then, during the guided relaxation, I felt a wave of peace and light vibrations moving from the right side to the left side of my skull FOR THE FIRST TIME!! I usually struggle to relax everything above my neck.
After the guided relaxation, I experienced some vibrations, and I felt my focus shift inwards like in this post:

I did get too excited though and I couldn't stay in it for too long, but I haven't felt this unburdened and free for such a long time, I am so grateful.
I think what really made a difference was the extended resonant tuning prior to starting the tape.
How great it is to be more than my physical body!!! (:
