How to care for my new rescue and neglected bearded dragon

Today I rescued an extremely neglected bearded dragon from a acquaintances home. I was not prepared for her condition. I do not have the money right now for a vet but I will soon. I just need to know the best way to gain weight and possibly see if there is anything else wrong with her. I just don’t know what to do. This lizard is extremely unwell. What are the next steps to rehabilitation and how can I provide that? She tried to drown herself when I gave her water because she was so thirsty. Have you ever seen a bearded dragon salivate well neither have I until now. She does not know how to properly eat out of the bowl, as you can see. I also know that she only has ever had rehydrated food and no live bugs or crickets. Just dehydrated food you mix with water. I put the food on the outside of her bowl. It’s the only way she will eat it. I made a purée of butternut squash and parsnips and sweet potato’s. She licked a bit but that’s it Any advice anyone can give me would be appreciate. I do not think she has ever properly shed and she has not had heat or a light for god knows how long.she also hasn’t been able to open her jaw right she just licks food she keeps her jaw closed for the most part
