Hi,

My GC7 has got stuck with the all green LEDs since the latest Windows 11 update on my PC and powercycling it doesn't seem to fix it. I read on earlier posts to contact creative_colin and I have sent a PM but not sure that user is active on the forum any more. Is there anybody else who can help me reset the device and get it back operational?
