My roomates and I are planning on moving to Chicago later this year, we are targeting a september 1st or 15th move in. We are looking for 3 bed 3 bath condos/apartments. Our budget is $4500 max. We all will work downtown and would like a 35 minute max commute. We like milwaukee avenue and are targeting wicker park/Ukranian vllage/West Towne area. We've heard that negotiating power is stronger for renters in this time period and we hope to find a good deal.
