I know this has probably been asked so many times before. Here’s my situation. I have interviewed 3 times. I placed 21st, 12th and the most recent in may of this year 17th. Local 532 MT. The board said that realistically the only thing holding me back from securing an apprenticeship is experience. I’ve shown that I’m committed by showing up 3 times. There is a new hospital build in my city that I’m hoping brings apprentices. Thanks for reading, if you did.
