Has anyone else noticed that YAGP and Prix de Lausanne often reward the same dancers?

Actually it always amazes me that I seem to be the only one who has put two and two together - that all the winners of YAGP and Prix de Lausanne are really the same group of dancers, almost identical some years. Just look at Crystal Huang, Ava Arbuckle, Antonio Casalinho, and the list goes on… It’s actually a really interesting exercise which I’ve already done lol so you can just google it if you’re crazy about ballet like me and have a little bit of time on your hands. But clearly the judges are recognizing the same dancers at both competitions, even though they’re a different panel.

Do you think both competitions are ultimately looking for the exact same qualities in a dancer, or is it more about certain dancers simply standing out everywhere they go?
