Recently bought a 2013 Nissan Ultima for 3500 and I’ve driven it less than 1000 miles before the transmission gave out on me. The dealership is quoting me seven grand to replace the transmission, which I definitely don’t have. However, I could be put on a payment plan, which is manageable. However people say that it’s grossly overcharged and I could get it done. Much cheaper at an independent shop. The problem is I don’t have any money right now. I just spent it all. So a payment plan might be my only way out of this. Unless there are any other ways, you guys can recommend like perhaps if there are other shops that would work for cheaper and do a payment plan prefer preferably around Tupelo Mississippi. I don’t know I need a miracle at this point. I have nothing but bad luck in my life.

Hey All, I’ve recently been asked to leave the RV Park that I’ve been at for a year. My landlord has given me very little heads up and wants me gone in 3 days or she says she’ll have my camper towed off her property. Do I have rights? Does she not have to serve me an eviction notice or give me ample time? I can’t find any specific information online.
I live in Mississippi. Please let me know anything at all.
EDIT: I’ve never failed to pay rent. She blames me for wrecking the public bathrooms and for shitting on the sidewalk both of which I did not do. She’s also upset that sometimes I failed to pick up my dogs poop at the park, I take full responsibility for that. Anyway I’m not trying to stay here. I’m trying to find out if she can legally tow my camper away without giving me a written eviction and 14 days notice.
