Should I get the Hifiman Sundara or the Edition XS?
I’ve been looking to try my first pair of open-back headphones for a while now. I’m currently using a pair of Simgot Supermix 4 IEMs and have really enjoyed them. Specifically, I love their vocal, electric guitar, and piano presentation, as well as their controlled but present bass.
My budget is £150. I am willing to go second hand, but I would rather have a warranty (like buying open-box or refurbished directly from a manufacturer). I have looked at the Sennheiser HD600 and HD650, but both are out of budget, but I haven't really looked at much more than that.
I also wanted to ask if my FiiO KA11 would drive both pairs ? I know these kinds of open-backs are usually used with a desktop amp, but will I be fine with the dongle for running them around the house?
