Trapezius pain
I have pain in the upper and middle part of the imagine and went to the doctors who said they think It’s something to do with my Trapezius muscle and that the gym can help with the pain by strengthening it.
I just wondered if anyone had similar pain and if the gym helped. Also if so what exercises and workouts you done to help get rid of the pain.
