GM Night City, has this game been frakin' fixed?!?

I posted this meme 5 years ago, as you can see and verify. HAS ANYONE CREATED A MOD TO FIX THIS ATROCITY?!? I still consider this game broken until Takemura is no longer forcibly celebate.
