When I have a two-handed weapon equipped, it always shows up in the right hand slot (in the equipment display), with a shadowy/colourless version in the left hand slot. Does it still count as being in the primary hand (left) if it shows as equipped mainly in the right hand? Or do all 2H weapon users need to be right-hand-primary?
