I’m planning to write a non-fiction book on tea: its origins, global spread, types, brewing methods, tea culture, and even tea testers. But the subject feels so vast that I’m honestly overwhelmed about where to begin.

How do you structure the research without drowning in information? And how do you find the central “angle” of the book?
