OK, so we went to a big box store Thursday, ordered the mattress that was supposed to be delivered Saturday-call them Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon to cancel our complete order because we had a vehicle issue so do not have the extra money to spare. Well, Saturday morning rolls around me and my husband are not home but a family member was here and didn’t know any better and signed for the mattress to be delivered. Financing should’ve been canceled and again the order was canceled the day prior.

We called the store immediately once we found out, they’re currently supposed to be talking to a manager and calling us back, but I don’t wanna pay for this mattress and they’re trying to act like they can’t come get it
