My String of Beads is finally complete!

I know I did not string this as a traditional prayer beads, but that is mostly because I am bad at knots, impatient, and I liked how it looked this way - I wanted it to look similar to the in-game sprite for the item. There are 99 sandalwood beads and 1 flourite gem bead, and 1 pretty tassel. Huge thanks to my husband who airbrushed each bead using a stencil I made from paper, he's my hero!!

Weight changes with age - Kitty, 14

Long text alert: Just looking for additional insight from other senior cat owners - Kitty turns 14 this month, and after dealing with some constipation issues earlier this year I have been closely monitoring her weight (and bowel movements). Now that we have that under control, she is back to eating like normal but I am curious on what a good weight really is for a senior cat. When she was constipated, her appetite was diminished heavily - which is not normal for her, she was always a hungry cat, always finishing her meals. I adopted her at 1yr old where she was 8lbs, over the years her max weight was 14lbs, but she mostly stayed at 13lbs. Was she just overweight all this time during her adulthood, and is only now at a decent weight? The vet just wants us to keep monitoring her weight. Her last visit she was 11.04 on 5/30, today she is 10.08 (I used our human scale though, not a pet scale). Currently, she gets 1/2 can of wet in the morning, along with 1tbs dry food, some greenies at lunchtime, a whole can of wet at dinnertime, and 1tbs dry at bedtime to hold her over. She used to get more of the dry food, but when she stopped eating it due to her constipation I had to scale it back to montier how she was eating. I plan to increase her wet food intake to a whole can in the a.m. and an additional 1tbs of dry at lunchtime. She is back to acting like a starved cat again, so maybe she is just getting back to her normal self? She is finishing all her meals again.
