Pretty new to the pack. I've got a lava generator running but it produces basically nothing, can't even keep a couple machines fed. Feels like I'm doing something wrong lol.

What do you usually go for early on in this modpack? Something cheap that doesn't need a ton of resources. Is lava worth scaling up or is it just a trap?

And once that's sorted, what do you move on to after? Would rather not spend a day building something I'm gonna scrap immediately.
