I had a nuclear stress test with meds (which was a horrible feeling. the chest pressure was brutal), EKG, heart holter and echocardiogram and all results were normal in March/April. I was in the hospital in February with a high HR (which we think was caused by POTS). In the ER I had a complete cardio work up and everything was normal. Today I started having chest pains again. I have a chronic illness so aches and pains are normal. Can you have a Heart attack even with everything all normal? I always worry I will never be able to tell when I need to worry.
