Have others found weight gain while on pain medication like Oxycodone? I’m trying so hard to lose weight in order to have surgery but my weight loss has slowed dramatically and now I’m even gaining although I’m on Mounjaro and eating within my calories. The slowing seems to coincide with when I began oxycodone and gain seems to coincide with an increase in dose. I was so discouraged when I saw on the internet that Oxycodone (or maybe codeine in general?) messes up metabolism and hormones. Any advice on pain medication that doesn’t cause weight gain?
