This is the first time I’ve had to replace a roof on my home and I would love advice as to which quote/shingles to go with. I obtained 4 quotes and the 2 I’m trying to decide between are about $1500 apart.
The Timberline HDZ quote is about $1500 higher than the CertainTeed Landmark Pro quote.
One key factor is that I plan to sell my home within the next 1-2 years max. So do I go for the lower since I’m selling eventually or go higher because the shingles are potentially better quality? FYI I live in Central NC so we do get high winds from tropical storms sometimes.
