Graduate computer engineer from Italy relocating to Poznan

I’m a recent Computer Engineering graduate from Italy, and I’ve decided I want to build my career and life in Poland. Moving there won't be a problem because of my EU citizenship, and I am specifically relocating to my fiancée's place in Poznań. I am targeting Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź, and Warsaw (hybrid or remote options work perfectly).
My main stack includes Python, Java (Spring Boot, Microservices), AWS, and SQL. I am heavily leaning toward Data Engineering, as I already completed a 6-month internship as a Data Engineer, but I am equally open to Backend Engineering or any roles from development to automation.
The entry-level market is tough everywhere right now, and navigating it across borders without a local network is proving difficult. I'm not looking for a handout, but I would highly appreciate your local insights:
- Are there specific mid-sized companies or software houses in Poznań/Wrocław/Warsaw known for hiring English-speaking juniors?
- Do you have suggestions for other specialized portals besides the mainstream ones like LinkedIn, Pracuj, JustJoin and such?
- Would anyone be open to a quick DM? I would love to send an anonymized version of my CV for a quick roast/feedback to see if it fits Polish market standards.
- If anyone knows of internal referral opportunities at their company for junior data/backend/automation roles, I would be incredibly grateful.
