What’s causing the yellowing?

My small Dark Phoenix x Self started yellowing around the edges of new leaves (the 2 darkest ones) and started having spots on older leaves. It’s in a tree fern mix (tree fern, pro mix mycorrhizae, perlite, worm castings, orchiata), I water every 10ish days (I admit, sometimes I let my plants dry out too much). This specific plant is in a cabinet at 70-80% humidity. I also give it cal mag, and during my last watering, I gave it great white for the first time. Helppppp I love this plant ☹️
