Model: Honeywell T6 Pro Z-wave TH6320ZW2007

• Problem 1: Z-Wave doesn't connect to the internet/isn't showing the "wifi" connection symbol in the top right corner.

• Problem 2: Air keeps coming out hot even if its put on cool mode.

We did hadpower outage a couple of days ago, so we at least know the outage caused it to disconnect/malfunction.

I wanted to see if the problem is one that only a technician can solve or just a programming problem that we could solve ourselves.

All videos we have seen talk about a different model or to use an app, but it doesn't connect to the app. My parents and I have no knowledge on any of these devices, but my parents are having trouble with it and I want to do what I can and see
