i moved my hanging basket of flowers yesterday onto the ground underneath an overhang because we had a bad storm. i didn’t even notice the nest in it at the time because it was so windy and i was in such a hurry. i went out there today to water them and hang them back up. noticed a little nest and egg. do you think it’s okay that i moved it? i feel bad i hope i don’t disrupt anything. also if anyone knows what kind of egg this is, i’d love to know. i do have a pair of house finches hanging around that i suspect may be the parents lol.

lots of blues. a red, orange, and yellow! also found a piece of milk glass today🤩
