Sort of weirdly specific lens recommendation request

Been very into photography for a fairly long while, very incredibly amateur. Recently become obsessed with aquariums and aqua scaping, breeding shrimp especially lol. Am quickly realizing my phone is not gonna do what I want to do photo and video wise for my tanks, I wanna take good high quality pictures and videos of them and I'd love to put my A7III to use at it but I'm very very budget tight ATM due to a large move coming soon. Not entirely sure what would be best to pursue as far as a lens goes for this as I've only really shot vehicles and the like.

Is a macro lens what I'm looking for? A zoom? Is it possible to find a decent, solid lens for ~200usd? Is that absolutely outlandish? Think very small shrimp and fish probably around 1inch in length or smaller. Really just wanna know what I should be aiming for and what would be best for my use case as the potential macro situation is entirely new to me and I can't find exactly the information I'm looking for as aquariums are a fairly specific use case. Thank you ahead of time to anyone who gives suggestions or just information in general!
