From 243lbs to 160lbs and everything changed
I avoided photos for years, so my highest weight isn’t even documented, but I know where I started.
243lbs to 160lbs now.
But the weight is only part of it.
Over the past few years, everything shifted:
- built consistency
- changed daily habits
- became more active
- improved sleep and energy
Now I’m lifting regularly, staying active, and actually enjoying movement instead of avoiding it.
The biggest difference is how life feels day to day. More energy, less pain, and just a completely different relationship with health.
Still continuing forward, but taking a moment to appreciate how far things have come.
