I just want to get started already I’m 21 and I’m hungry to learn I applied to the union local 8 and there taking forever to get back to me , I’ve called them emailed them , they all just say that I have to wait like the rest, , I want to learn with non union now where do I start I’m in the Sacramento/bay area .

20 years old trying to become an elevator technician in the Sacramento / Bay Area.

I have no experience yet but I’m ready to work, learn, and start from the bottom.

If anyone works in elevators or knows someone who can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.
