Stolen Bike, need help identifying model and size for new bike

People of r/bicycling, please help!
Needing a new bike after a thief stole mine, I really liked my old Giant Cypress Bike, but never knew the exact size it was or the model. I am needing a new one and want it to fit me well (I am guessing a model size of XL or XXL, it's a big frame, and I am 6'1). Any advice on good new models is also very appreciated, I want a bike for college and town biking like this Giant Cypress, so any suggestions on specific models or other bikes is appreciated too.
