Hi, I'm thinking of moving to El Paso from a town in California, we currently have outdoor water use restrictions at the moment, and for the last 20 years any outdoor water use is strictly not allowed. It snows so the little landscaping that was done when the community was developed has survived. I think houses and streets don't look the same without landscaping.

What are the water restrictions like in El Paso? I'm looking to rent a house by Memorial Park, can I detail my own cars on the driveway, can I maintain the landscaping?
