Looking for advice

So I have a check in appt with my doctor next week and trying to prepare what to ask.

For context, I ovulate but later in cycle naturally (cd24-26). I was given letrozole and did conceive on the second round but lost that at 5+3. What sort of next steps should I be taking or what should I be preparing to ask?!

We’ve been trying for a year now so trying to do the best thing.

14 Dpo, uncertain

14dpo, cd32. I can’t tell if this is too faint to feel confident in? I’m not great at these things so just trying to see if I’m getting false hope

PCOS sort of?

So I’m trying to figure out where I fit as it seems there’s levels to this type of thing. My doctor is pretty much going with PCOS because my AMH fits (8.74 at 31) and I have “irregular” cycles. I put that in quotes because they usually are the same length but just that my follicular phase is quite long leading to me being past 35 days and closer to 38-39. I do ovulate every month and have a normal luteal, confirmed by bbt. Periods are normal and no pain.

However, I don’t feel like I fit in the traditional sense of I don’t have high TSH, insulin, or androgens. So I’m not sure where I go from here on how to best support it or if it’s just one of those is what it is things. I go back on Monday to talk through next steps with TTC, my husbands sperm is completely fine as we did test that as well.

Does this sound similar to anyone else? Is there anything you did that helped your cycles?
