I'm going to give a scenario and I'd like to hear any thoughts yall may have.

Drug: cocaine (heavy, daily use to this point)

Last use: 3/25

Negative UA: 4/10

Positive UA (cocaine): 4/13

Now let's say for discussions sake there has been no drug use of any kind since 3/25 when this person admitted to their PO they had been using. Also there are no repercussions happening from the positive test so there's no incentive to lie.

Please let me know your thoughts regarding possible explanations of the positive test and how you would handle this information if you were in this position.
