Strange versions of books on Kobo Store

Please delete if not allowed.

While browsing the Kobo store, I came across copies of Lord of the Rings using AI generated book covers from a publisher I do not recognize. Some of the covers contain misspellings. “Rerurn of the King” instead of “Return of the King”. To my knowledge, Tolkien’s work aren’t in the public domain yet. Also, the use of AI images makes me feel these editions aren’t legitimate.

Does Kobo have a way to report potential copyright infringement?

Pleasant surprise while out shopping today. Looks like some 3rd party retailers are offering a make and take station to promote Lego smart bricks.
