Here is a dumb one I don't understand. I work for a state agency in a multi-story office building. In each floor's bathroom there are 4 hand washing sinks in a row. The left-most sink in all of the bathrooms has decent water pressure, and as you move right the pressure goes down regardless of if any of the other sinks are currently in use. What would cause this?
