Hi all, long time game master, first time keeper here.

My birthday is coming up , and I've decided to run a one shot game of Pulp Cthulhu (Would have done base CoC but i thought it might be bad form to scare the willies out of my friends). I've never run a Call of Cthulhu/Pulp Cthulhu game before, and the closest I've come to playing it was a game of Delta Green, back when it was a campaign setting for CoC. Are there any tips, tricks, or general advice you could give me to make this game run as smoothly as possible?
