So my father had this shop on PAGDI since 2003 and he deposited some amount and got it and he pays monthly rent of like ₹1300ish
The landlord aunty died and their sons are not taking rent, it’s been 3 months.
I think they are planning something.
The cost of the shop is good and it’s important to us.
Please guide me what can I do in this situation?
Edit: the shop mentioned in this post is my old shop. We had it since we started, they took the pagdi amount and the rest is low according to that. We always pays on time and never defaulted any payments. We are okay with price hikes, according pagdi system they will have to pay us back the amount. But they didn’t even communicate about a thing. We are okay with everything but not legal false allegations of not giving rent and all
