Has anyone had experience using platelet-rich plasma or Renovo (equine amniotic fluid) for soft tissue injuries? My gelding had surgery last month for a bowed tendon and minor DDFT tear and now that he has healed some my vet thinks it's a good time to do one of the regenerative therapies. My horse is older but still very active and I want to give him the best shot at returning to work. We do jumpers (under 3ft) and dressage.

My horse's surgeon has had more success with Renovo and my regular vet has had more success with PRP, so I'm at a bit of a crossroads.
