Hello everyone. I’m posting here because I really need help regarding my MLBB account ban.
Today when I opened Mobile Legends, I received a ban notice saying I used a third-party plugin/app. The problem is: I never used cheats, plugins, scripts, map hacks, or any app that modifies the game files.
I only play normally and I care a lot about my account, so this situation really shocked me. I’m worried that the system may have detected something by mistake.
I already tried submitting an appeal, but I also wanted to ask here if anyone experienced the same thing before and if there’s any other way to contact support or moderators.
I’m willing to cooperate and provide screenshots or account details privately if needed. I just hope my account can be reviewed fairly because I truly did not intentionally violate any rules.
