Friend sent me this after someone said "females have to much power these days"
And I am going to predict it will be my most used meme from now on...

And I am going to predict it will be my most used meme from now on...
I have been since launch and although I concede it's a little empty atm, I'm looking forward to pulling for this anxiety ridden little lunatic! Anyone planning to pull for Brisshell? I really hope her story gives us some background into some of the 4* like Benji and Angel... Though I see Angel fitting quite well thematically with the release after Brisshell, Vivian.
What are your thoughts?
The novel is an allegory for the dangers of Ai whereby wealthy Nobel's hoard the ability to time travel by literally stealing the future/life of the young people in their manors. Rifts have to be given to people to use and some are better at using it than others, but this is a closely guarded secret, as is how rift power is generated.
The main character is Masaki, an orphan, and someone with natural "rift" ability. He and his younger brother Yusha are taken in by the lord of manor due to their high aptitude for rift power in the hope it will encourage his son, Kaito, who has little aptitude himself and has to sacrifice more children than is normal as he wastes so much power trying to master it. The people in the towns don't realise the kids are going missing as the rift masters use time travel to manipulate the adults' memories.
Kaito hates Yusha because Yusha suspects the truth about rift power not being naturally part of noble bloodlines, so he spends s lot of time gaslighting Masaki into thinking his younger brother is ungrateful and impulsive.
Yusha goes on unauthorised trips to town mainly to visit a young girl named Tsuki who he's befriended.
Something very bad happens that causes the nobles to force a rift on Masaki to torture him into reliving the traumatic event, however due to his natural talent he masters his rift and uses it to fight back now he knows the truth.
That's the bare bones of the story, there's s lot more to it, these are the concept drawings I've done so far over the last couple of months.... I've only been sketching for 15 months, so I know there's a lot of work I need to do if I want to make this a visual novel.
Anyways, I just wanted to share this somewhere, I hope you like them!
She stayed sitting/wiggle dancing on my lap until she was positive I wasn't leaving her again!!
Trio 1: Omond Flint, OG Sunbringer, and Joyous
Trio 2: Eldreda, Lindverne, and Dracenae.
I'm hoping for trio 1 and I know I'll be disappointed lol
Well, not exactly ALL the top shots as I'm limited to 20, but I'll drop the list of agents I have done so far in the comments and as I genuinely love this event, if you play ZZZ and there are any agents you want to see specifically, lmk below and I can show you what I have already or take new ones!
You can find my entire collection here:
I ADORE this event, during the last two Mr. Click events, my posts went megaviral on HYL. I can/have/will spend hoooooooooours in this game mode!
Full collection of agents from past events here:

If there's anyone you'd like to see specifically, I take requests lol
Hope you like these!
I started sketching May 16th last year because, despite not having drawn in well over 30+ years, after seeing the hell some of my students are going through having to defend her real art to prove it's not AI for their High school finals and even degrees, I decided to try drawing myself to support them and prove all you need is patience and a pencil.
Keep in mind I'm 46 and whenever I draw something on my board at school to demonstrate a grammar point, my students usually cry with laughter because I can't draw at all; literally so bad that one if my students is feeling down she asks me to "draw a tree" just to cheer her up. Most of the time even my stick figures are unrecognizable. I had to stop trying guitar playing stick figures as they always ended up looking NSFW
I figure if I can learn anyone can.
I still have a long ways to go, but I hope you can see the progression.... I never thought I'd enjoy this as much as I do!
What are your thoughts about 3.x introducing two new elements and a new class type (armourer) from 3.0 to 3.2?
Personally I find it a little overkill, designed to cause massive amounts of fomo for the players which I find very predatory....which I know is par for the course with any gacha, but this to me is a bit in your face.
I have no problem whatsoever with them adding new elements and classes, it's necessary for the longevity of a team building game to stop it going stale...just 3 back to back? Too much too soon for me, especially as it makes a Void Hunter sandwich of patches too.
I'll most likely skip Claret for this reason to see how the new class works with current agents (especially when they could have just refined defense agents to this style) and go for Roxy instead.
What do you think? No problem or wish it was more spaced out?
I want to start by saying I like fanservice, I recently got a tattoo of shirtless Blade (HSR) I like fanservice that much, but I like it when fanservice makes sense for the character it's good and it isn't gratuitous for the sake of it. I like looking at pretty girls and handsome guys, literally no harm in it all, and most people play games for fantasy escapism.
But the designs from launch to now are starkly different, which imo has led to SO much toxicity. If you want to be one thing be it, own it, don't devolve into it and then gaslight launch players that "we knew what we were signing up for" and tell us we're tourists when we get frustrated with lazy design.
Examples of good fan service:
Jane Doe: a femme fatal manipulative undercover agent, even then she's still mostly covered with just a chest panel and tight shorts. But her personality and the way she moves outright fanservice.
Zhu Yuan: Skintight bodysuit, with a lot of jiggle physics, but still very clearly a police officer.
Yanagi: She's first an foremost a secretary, but also a skilled fighter. She wears a tight white shirt with a massive chest and a loose black mini skirt that's a lot shorter than a normal secretary but lets her fight more easily than a pencil skirt.
Piper: Crop top, long gloves, shorts with clip on long trousers, a child, but functional and some midriff there for those who want it.
Ellen: Gothic maid, maid outfit but clearly made for combat.
Bad examples of fanservice:
Cissia: great character, goofy snack loving snek girl. Works for the same police force as Zhu Yuan, dresses in a swimsuit. Makes zero sense for her job or personality. They had to write her faction on her tail to make it clear who she was with.
Seed: Teased a mech in promo, got a child wearing a sheer nightdress on a Roomba with animations constantly of her bare feet and wiggling toes.
Velina: Supposed to be based on British aristocracy and the liaison between dignitaries from New Eridu and Rosecalifer. She wears a "skirt" that has no sides so you can literally see her underwear, and the skirt is so short at the front that she has full stocking and suspenders on display. Not exactly in line with the position of dignitary diplomat.
Sunna: Not so much her main model but her skin. She is quite clearly a child-coded character, they had to remove a line in her trust event that said she was a baby when the capital fell because that would make her, at most, 15 at her in game introduction....and her skin is a maid with drooling kitty suspenders and her blushing while pulling down the front of the "skirt" to cover her underwear.
Even Void Hunters have gone from the cool af Miyabi design, which was still fanservice just not the gooner type gooners believe all fanservice is, to booty shorts Yixuan, then whatever the Victoria's secret hell YSG and Remielle are. I'm not even starting with Sunbringer. The cope/blatant ignoring that we didn't get actual official HYV videos of her design at launch to what we have now is just baffling to me.
Fanservice doesn't have to equal more skin and bigger assets, it can be so many things. We appear to be marching into a trap of male gaze making that fanservice means as much skin as possible. Fanservice can be a boss babe in a business suit, that's just as sexy as another cut and paste lingerie clad waifu in a slightly different colour palette. At the launch of ZZZ Jane and Zhu Yuan were very much considered fanservice and there were so many posts zooming in on parts of them and making the gooner type comments, now they're considered characters put in for "prudish western tourists" by a large chunk of the community who clearly aren't launch players but will happily call ME a tourist because I dare to be open about my frustration with the lazy design choices.
I really hate that there is such an insulting amount of people who cannot comprehend it's possible to both really love a game and also have a valid critique of its lazy design choices, and keep trying to gaslight launch players that it's always been like this when it literally hasn't.
Are your Brits as expressive as my Poppi is, or am I just "lucky"?;
I got super lucky on some sub rolls for her and I just have to level up 3 traits on two of her ML primes and she'll have a mix of gold CR/CD/FD/ATK/E.Dmg on all of them (Duoxini, Fiend, Amon)
She's A2R1.
What builds are you using on yours?
I was already happy after getting A0R0 S.Verna and A0R1 S.Francis within 50 pulls, plus Ophiela at like 4 pity on standard.
But the changes? *Mwah*
Love the new ML rate up and trait system, love, love, love the dispatch addition. Love the legendary monsterling!!
All they need to do now is up the rate keys regen and this is shaping up to be a really fun game!
What are your thoughts on the QOLs?
For context, I'm 47. I started sketching in May last year basically to be petty because I'm an English teacher but I have several students who are artists and seeing the hoops they have to jump through to prove their art isn't AI was breaking my heart. So I decided to start sketching myself to prove that anyone can draw if they just practice.
I've never had any lessons or even online tutorials up to now. I've mainly drawn manga/anime as that's what I like most but I decided to push myself a little and I've been attempting more realistic stuff for the last few days but I'm not sure how to move away from the more anime style I've gotten used to.
Here's my first ever, versus my more recent, and then the three "realism" attempts.
What do you think I need to work on most to get betyat making my sketches more realistic?
Thanks in advance for any feedback :)
And she is being very, very, vocal about her displeasure
