Between the joys of POTS and neck instability, I'm really struggling to bathe or shower more than once a week. Everytime I do I end up with a banging headache, joint pain, horrible fatigue and dizziness. Anyone else in my solitary "bathe once a week" club or just me stinking the place up? 😅🙊
Anyone got any tips!?
