Not sure if anyone will have context for this; but I recently spoke to someone and they mentioned you need 1 year of experience (internships or full time) AT lockheed to get into the hr leadership development program?

I know 1 year period in your role before transferring is common, that's the case with the prime i'm at now. But I was unaware that the hr leadership program wouldn't even consider you otherwise. Can someone validate this? Cause I swore to god either a year or two ago I saw a public listing for the program and it made no mention of being for internal candidates only.
